The dining room at the Sunrise Inn Key Club in Stuart. Image shows white table clothed tables and tropical plants painted on the walls. The back side has a note written in pen dated Sunday 3/14/54 and lists several names (perhaps people that dined at the Key Club on this date): Mr. & Mrs, Beverdge, Mr. Perkins, Mr. & Mrs. L. Brussles, and Mr. & Mrs. Norrell. -

Sunrise Inn Key Club building, c. 1950
Exterior view of the Sunrise Inn Key Club building in Stuart. This Spanish-style structure includes a covered exterior stairwell with cut-out windows. In about 1945, the Sunrise Inn was purchased by the Key Club, Inc. of Chicago, Andrew Berkey, president. He sold the property in 1963 to Fred Schlock of the Hastings Square Hotel Co., who then sold the property in 1972. -
