Description

Exterior view of the Sunrise Inn Key Club building in Stuart. This Spanish-style structure includes a covered exterior stairwell with cut-out windows. In about 1945, the Sunrise Inn was purchased by the Key Club, Inc. of Chicago, Andrew Berkey, president. He sold the property in 1963 to Fred Schlock of the Hastings Square Hotel Co., who then sold the property in 1972.
