Dugan's Sundry Store, 1938
Lettie Wiley Dugan (1894-1976), standing in the doorway of Dugan's store in the Post Office Arcade. Magazines, fruit, and jellies are on display; sign above door advertises a lending library; Red Cross bulletin board outside. Herbert and Lettie Dugan owned and operated this sundries store between about 1923 and 1946. They also owned clothing stores, including the Little Dress Shop and Frock and Frill Fashions.
