"Beach view - Freight steamer close in, which proves deep water is not far out along the East Coast." People wading and swimming with a large ship in the distance. Presented by the Stuart Commercial Club to the United States Government Engineers at a public hearing (16 Jan 1923) in Stuart, Florida as part of a report requesting aid for a deep water harbor.
