Speedboat Deterfel II at top speed in Stuart, Florida. Owner and builder Albert Paul "Bert" Krueger. In December 1926, Bert Krueger and Ted Parsons each built boats with the same outboard motor, ten feet in length, but of differing design. Boat races on the St. Lucie continued through the 1920s. This is possibly one of those races.
