Dr. and Mrs. McClinton, c. 1920

Dr. Nathaniel McClinton (1837-1927) and wife Mary Ferguson McClinton (1849-1927) came to the Jensen area in 1902, having purchased land on Indian River Drive a few years before. While he intended to retire, the community's dire need for a physician put him back into practice.
