Several men standing next to waterway. Handwritten on back: "Don Innes, Luke Grant of Insull fame, Charles Morgan artist. "Part of River Forest on South Fork, St. Lucie River, one of my plats." Luke Grant, Charles L. Morgan, Earl Giberson, all of Chicago, and Harry Lyons, Scott Atkin, and Don Innes (of Stuart) made up the River Forest Land Syndicate, which attempted, and failed, to develop a housing project (Halpatiokee Regional Park in 2026).
