Description
The House of Refuge in Stuart, photographed from the rocks at Gilbert's Bar. According to Sandra Thurlow's book, Gilbert's Bar House of Refuge - Home of History, this is the only known image of a lookout tower at the south end of the station, which was destroyed in the 1933 hurricane.
