Portrait of Charles B. Arbogast. Arbogast founded the C. B. Arbogast Real Estate and Insurance agency of Stuart. He was also instrumental in securing several large tracts of land for public recreational use in Martin County including the Jensen and Stuart public beaches and land around the House of Refuge. Arbogast also contributed to the growth of Martin County as a developer and early advocate for property values in the area. Poor quality copy.
