Description

Group of people stand at the corner of St. Lucie Avenue and Osceola Street and assess the damage to buildings in downtown Stuart after the 1949 Hurricane. The group stands next to the City Hall building which received quite a bit of damage from the hurricane. The street is littered by tree and building debris.
