Man with microphone making announcements from a car rigged with speakers and with signs for the Bartlett Brothers and Florida Power & Light. Car is near the corner of St. Lucie Avenue and Osceola Street; building behind him, the Stuart City Hall (201 SW St Lucie Ave), was damaged in the 1949 hurricane.
