Description
A police officer, possibly Chief of Police (and later sheriff) Roy Baker (1909-1987), stands in what remains of the second floor of City Hall (201 SW St Lucie Ave) after it received substantial damage from the 1949 Hurricane. Two other men stand on the street below the building damage, Carlton Building on Dixie Highway in background.
