Description

Located on U.S. 1 near Frazier Creek, across from the Virginia Apartments (451 Federal Highway), the Roebuck Building was built and owned by Robert Roy Roebuck. Construction started in 1926; the Rob Roy Hotel and Economy Grocery and Market formally opened on 20 May 1927. In later years it was the home of several businesses, including Rice's Restaurant and Cabo Flats.
