  • The Abundance statue and Haney Circle in downtown Stuart. Professional Exchange Building in view behind the statue. The art deco style building was first built in 1938 for the Citizens Bank of Stuart (later First National Bank of Stuart). The building was expanded on the left in 1949. The building was renovated in the 1990s and became the Jolly Sailor Pub in 1992. Duffy's Sport Grill replaced The Jolly Sailor in 2003 and as of 2026, continues to occupy the building at this location.

  • Originally the McDonald Building at the corner of Akron and Joan Jefferson Way (Second Street), rebuilt in 1916 after a fire (1 January 1916) that destroyed several buildings in downtown Stuart. In 1930, Lizzie Ludwig Beyer (1882-1969) purchased the building and moved the Little Dixie Cafe from the Krueger Building into the building and it was then referred to as the Beyer Building. After the cafe was closed in 1946, son Charles Beyer started the Tradewinds Restaurant there in 1957.

  • Hunter Small Engines store in Stuart.
  • The Minschke building on Flagler Avenue (frontage on Osceola Street as well) in downtown Stuart. S. A. Matthews built the structure, and its formal opening was held on January 29, 1927. Frank Minschke purchased the building and along with his business partner, Arthur Thorton, relocated their Osceola Furniture Co. store to the location later in 1927. J. R. Holleran purchased the building in the 1930s. Several businesses have set up shop under the roof of the Minschke-Holleran building over the decades including the Stuart Grocery Store, Davis Hardware Store, Florida Mortgage Loan Co., Ricou Hardware Store, Western Auto Associate Store, W. W. Mac 5 & 10 Store, Coleman Firestone Store and Christopher Electric Shop.

    Seen in this photograph captured during the 1990s, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. occupies the upper floors of the building. Luna Italian Restaurant occupies the first floor of the building starting in the early 1990s and as of 2026, the restaurant remains at this location.
  • The old Martin County Court House, designed by architect L. Phillips Clarke and built in 1937, is a historic Art Deco style courthouse building located at 80 East Ocean Boulevard. Used as courthouse until 1989 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
  • Post Office Arcade building on SW Osceola Street, Stuart, Florida.
  • House with four-pointed gable roof located on Colorado Avenue at the waterfront. Built in 1904 for Indiantown rancher Francis Marion and Annie Platt. Charles and Ethel Porter purchased the home around 1910. As of 2026, the historic home is part of the Old Colorado Inn.
