Dr. Julian Parker holds two toddlers at the dedication celebration for J. D. Parker Elementary School and Dr. Parker Day, both named in his honor. The toddlers may have been two of the more than 4,000 Martin County babies delivered by Dr. Parker from 1924 and 1985.
