  • Crowd of adults and six children, many in costumes, especially clown costumes. Photographer William T. Gould moved to Stuart in about 1922 and closed his photography shop in 1924, then reopened June to August 1925 until his death in 1925.

    Businesses on Dixie Highway: unnamed garage in the Flatiron Building; the McDonald/Beyer Building; Consolidated Motor Sales; Standard Oil Company filling station; Chas. F. Dirr Good Year Balloon Tires. On Akron Avenue, the Pappas Building is visible. Also includes a view of the Peacock-Arcade Hotel under construction, the Stuart Railroad Station (including the White entrance), railroad tracks, trains, cars, water towers.
