Downtown Stuart, including Flagler Avenue, parts of Dixie Highway and Akron Avenue. Businesses on Flagler, left to right: Feed store, cleaners & tailors; Palm Cafe sandwich shop; Leslie A. Devor, general contractor; Backus Realty Co.; Kitching & Eckess; Stuart Drug Co. (St. Lucie Avenue); Reed Wendt Corporation (St. Lucie Avenue); Lyric Theatre (showing Black Paradise, a 1926 American silent adventure film starring Madge Bellamy); Bailey's Drugstore.

Businesses on Dixie Highway: unnamed garage in the Flatiron Building; the McDonald/Beyer Building; Consolidated Motor Sales; Standard Oil Company filling station; Chas. F. Dirr Good Year Balloon Tires. On Akron Avenue, the Pappas Building is visible. Also includes a view of the Peacock-Arcade Hotel under construction, the Stuart Railroad Station (including the White entrance), railroad tracks, trains, cars, water towers.
