  • Built in 1921 by Commodore Stanley Kitching, the building was the home of Kitching & Eckess until the business was purchased by O.S. Kanarek in 1938 and the name changed to Stuart Department Store. In 1954, a newer building was built in the lot next door and the business moved there. Scan from low quality print.
