Luke Grant, Charles L. Morgan, Earl Giberson, all of Chicago, and Harry Lyons, Scott Atkin, and Don Innes (of Stuart) made up the River Forest Land Syndicate, which attempted, and failed, to develop a housing project (Halpatiokee Regional Park in 2026). -
