  • Road construction along Osceola Street in downtown Stuart.
  • The old Martin County Court House, designed by architect L. Phillips Clarke and built in 1937, is a historic Art Deco style courthouse building located at 80 East Ocean Boulevard. Used as courthouse until 1989 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
  • The Abundance statue and Haney Circle in downtown Stuart. Coffee & Sweets Co. in the background. Coffee & Sweets Co. operated at 7 East Osceola Street from around 1994 through the early 2000s. As of 2026, a Thai and sushi restaurant occupies the building. In the background on the left is Damiano's Under a Hot Tin Roof, a restaurant serving transcontinental cuisine. As of 2026, the building at 18 Seminole Street is occupied by an Italian bistro.

  • Sidewalk and street under construction next to Fellowship Hall and the Feroe Building in downtown Stuart. Fellowship Hall, located at the corner of Osceola Street and St. Lucie Avenue (204 St. Lucie Avenue in 1990) was originally built in 1912 as the Bank of Stuart. The structure housed many different businesses and functions over the years including a few different banks, City Hall/Municipal building, a shoe store, a locksmith and a restaurant.
    During the mid-1970s, the building began serving as a community meeting space and became the location for Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in particular for over 40 years. A fire occurred in the building in 1986, destroying the second floor and roof. Stuart architect Peter Jefferson helped in the reconstruction after the fire. As of 2026, a bar occupies the building with the address of 301 SW St. Lucie Avenue.
  • Portrait of Milton Christie. Christie worked as an editor and publisher for the Kiplinger Newsletter in Washington D. C. before retiring and moving to Sewall's Point in the 1980s. Christie was also a key supporter of the Martin County library system, serving as president of the Friends of the Blake Library organization and the founding president of the Martin County Library Association.

    This wedding dress was originally worn by Sarah Josephine Kitching Taylor (1895-1987) on her 10 March 1914 wedding day to John E. Taylor. It was then worn by:

    • Emma Elizabeth Taylor (Josephine's daughter) for her wedding to Richard "Dick" Ashley on 10 March 1939,
    • Josephine Marie Ashley for her wedding to Ronald Paradise on 22 November 1962 (Emma's daughter)
    • Marjorie Elizabeth Ashley for her wedding to Robert Houmes on 30 Jan 1972 (Emma's daughter)
    • Judith Winifred Ashley for her wedding to Larry Clark on 30 June 1972 (Emma's daughter)
    • Joy Paradise for her wedding to Derek Tomei on 15 December 1990 (Jo Paradise's daughter)
