Description

A collection of three photoalbums featuring chiefly images of buildings and people in Stuart and Sewall's Point in the early twentieth century. Includes images of Danforth Hotel, downtown Stuart, former president Grover Cleveland and Hubert Bessey fishing, and picnics and swimming on in the ocean. As includes a few travel photos of the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, and a few train wrecks of unknown origin.

While there was no text accompanying the images, several images featured events and people also located in the Tietig/Andrews photoalbums. It is unknown if these albums were constructed by the same person who created the Tietig/Andrews albums (probably Emilie Tietig), or if these were taken by someone attending the same events.
