Description

Studio portrait of Roy Baker in his Stuart Chief of Police uniform. Roy C. Baker joined the Stuart police force in November 1945 and by December was the Stuart Chief of Police. In 1952 he was elected Sheriff of Martin County, a position he held until 1972.
