Several boats and men at or around a dock area with adjacent buildings. One of the buildings in view advertises the Ask Mr. Foster Co. The Ask Mr. Foster Co. was a travel agency founded by Ward G. Foster in St. Augustine, Florida in 1888. The company later expanded throughout the United States.
