"Shipping at High Rates by Freight from White City, Near Stuart, Florida." Workmen load boxes from packing house in White City. Listed in FPC record book 2 (G) as "7507-20 Grapefruit in Pack House Wabasso L." Presented by the Stuart Commercial Club to the United States Government Engineers at a public hearing (16 Jan 1923) in Stuart, Florida as part of a report requesting aid for a deep water harbor.
