Geo. W. Parks General Merchandise store with patriotic decorations. Name of store, painted on building, very faded.
The upper veranda of the building was enclosed in 1910 and the business name changed to the Stuart Mercantile store in 1913. Warehouse on north side present in the 1920 Sanborn map.
The building became the Stuart Feed Store during the 1940s and after the city of Stuart purchased the building in 1988, it became the Stuart Heritage Museum.
