Several men in front of the Seminole Bank in Stuart. Police chief Floyd Tyson on motorcycle, Ivy LeRoy Ricou on left in doorway, Mayor John E. Taylor centered in doorway and Postmaster Ernest J. Ricou to the right of doorway.
Other businesses in the building include Saint Paul Insurance, Dr. Graham M.D., and Hogarth Insurance.
Built in 1912 to house the Stuart Bank (301 St. Lucie Avenue), Stuart Bank moved across the street to the Fuge Building in 1921. The Seminole Bank leased the first floor, opening 2 April 1923; it closed in 1929.
