Description

The Martin County Administrative Center building, located at the corner of Johnson and Kindred Avenues in Stuart. The building first opened in May 1974 as the Executive Plaza office building, built by Soundings Construction Company of Hobe Sound for owners Joe Pyle and Bob Schenholm.

The building was purchased by Martin County and became the Martin County Administrative Center around June 1975. As of 2025, the structure serves as a corporate office building for Seacoast Bank.
