Ethel and Joe Youngblood, 1935

Joseph Youngblood and wife Ethel Peterson Youngblood. Joseph Youngblood was made principal of schools of Stuart in 1914 and superintendent in Palm Beach County in 1924. In 1936 he resigned to becomes the state head of the Florida National Youth Administration.
