Description
View of Perkins estate property and Frazier Creek with many palm trees lining the waterfront. The first house was built on the property for Hubert and Susan Bessey around 1905. George W. Perkins purchased the land in 1910 and expanded the house into a large estate. The property was purchased by William Shepard in 1923 and the home was destroyed by a fire during the 1940s. Eventually, the land was bought by the city and turned into a park.
