Studio portrait, 1960

Possibly a studio portrait of Allen Frank Brewer (1889-1986), brother of Gordon Brewer, one of the earliest landowners and developers on Hutchinson Island. Upon the death of his brother in 1981, Allen Brewer inherited Gordon’s estate and sold some of the property to the county as part of the "Save Our Beaches" campaign.
