Description

Flag waving schoolchildren pass by the governor's viewing station while marching in a parade. Locations of the governor and John E. Taylor marked.

In celebration of the 1925 establishment of Martin County, the town of Stuart hosted a series of events on 28 and 29 January 1926, including a large parade.

Photographer Albert Ilion Waddington, operated Stuart Studio, between 1926-1929 at several locations in Stuart.
