Description
House of Refuge curator, Fred Yost (left) presents information to several members of the Stuart Soroptimist Club including an unidentified woman, Lillian Armstrong, Ellen Nelson, and an unidentified woman. Many of the Soroptimist Club members served as part of the hospitality committee for the grand opening, serving refreshments to the museum’s visitors. The Soroptimist member on the far right demonstrates this hospitality role as she carries a tray of cookies or other finger foods.
