George W. Parks, Sr. sits in wheelbarrow near a postal and telegraph storefront in Stuart after Fred P. Cone was elected governor of Florida on November 3, 1936. Parks won a bet that Cone would win the election and as a result, the loser of the bet had to push the winner (Parks) around town.
