Similar photograph published in the Stuart News (16 Nov 1961) with a caption reading "Dr. and Mrs. Julian D. Parker look on as Mrs. Zola Swarthout, right, unveils the two portraits of the doctor which will hang in the new Parker School on East Tenth Street. The unveiling was a part of the school dedication and Dr. Parker Day ceremonies held last Saturday at Long Field and the new school site and attended by 1,500 residents." The two portraits include a photograph of Dr. Parker taken by Arthur Ruhnke and a painting of the doctor by Jim Hutchinson.
