Aerial over commercial development, 1978

Aerial over land around Monterey and East Ocean boulevards and owned by former Stuart mayor, Karl John Krueger Jr. The land was used for flower farming as the Karl J. Krueger & Sons Inc. for 22 years during the 1950s and 1960s. In the late 1970s, Krueger began developing the land for commercial purposes.
