Title
Surveying flower beds at Franklin O. Rinker & Son flower farm, 1952
Subject
Description
Franklin O. Rinker Sr. (right) points to another area as his son, Franklin O. Rinker Jr., kneels next to a row of flowers at their two acre flower farm on Britt Road, Rinker and Son, in Stuart. Similar photo captured by Arthur Ruhnke and published in the Stuart News (11 Dec 1952) indicates that the father-son duo "are standing in the center of a newly-planted five-bed block of plants with a central irrigation pipeline showing at their feet."
