Description
Studio portrait of Ernest Tyner. Tyner was mayor of Stuart in 1950, 1951, and 1953. He also worked as a commercial photographer and several other roles in the newspaper business. Tyner also served as a Stuart city commissioner and the president of the Stuart Chamber of Commerce. Poor copy.
