Built in 1936 as a community center. It was disassembled in 1971, then reassembled in Langford Park, Jensen Beach in 1981. -

The old Martin County Court House, designed by architect L. Phillips Clarke and built in 1937, is a historic Art Deco style courthouse building located at 80 East Ocean Boulevard. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. -
Citizens Bank on Osceola Street, c. 1950
Businesses along Osceola Street, including Citizens Bank of Stuart, an art deco building designed by L. Phillips Clarke of West Palm Beach with contractor Watt & Sinclair, built in 1938. The bank was at this location from 1938 to 1958; the expansion on the left was built in 1949. Also visible is the Arcade building (19 SW Osceola Street). -
Victory Hotel and Flagler Avenue, c. 1945

Rexall Drugs (73 SW Flagler Ave, Stuart, FL) at the intersection of Flagler Avenue and St. Lucie Avenue. Formerly Stuart Drugs in part of the building, it became Rexall in 1947. Also visible is the Osceola Building on Osceola Street with McClung's 5-10-25 on corner (which was replaced by P&L Stores in 1948), Stuart Villa Rooms (1945-1949). -
