Description

Businesses along Osceola Street, including Citizens Bank of Stuart, an art deco building designed by L. Phillips Clarke of West Palm Beach with contractor Watt & Sinclair, built in 1938. The bank was at this location from 1938 to 1958; the expansion on the left was built in 1949. Also visible is the Arcade building (19 SW Osceola Street).
