The former home of Dr. Nathaniel and Mary Ferguson McClinton on the Indian River in Jensen. Dr. McClinton was one of the earliest physicians in the area, arriving around 1891.
Plaque reads: "In Appreciation. Dedicated To Vince R. Bocchino. In grateful recognition of his service to the Rio Jensen Beach community of Martin County. Through many years, his countless hours and untiring efforts have benefitted the many citizens, young and old, visiting the Langford Park Recreation Center." Plaque dedicated by the Martin County Board of County Commissioners in January 2004.
