Automobile with seaplane float attached to the outside parked on a dirt road. Two men stand beside the vehicle and the man on the right appears to be putting air in the back tire or adjusting the back wheel. Maine 1922 license plate attached to back of the vehicle.
Man walks towards the Pelican hydroplane, created by Capt. Hugh L. Willoughby in 1911. The pilot of the plane may be Capt. Willoughby himself. The plane appears to be coming back to shore, perhaps after completely a test flight. Cityscape visible in the background.
