Recorded in Florida Photographic Concern record book 1: "4156, Mr. McCaddon, Hobe Sound, Fla., Boulevard Ridgelawn, house from front, JDD (photographer)" John McCaddon (1819-1897). His son Joseph McCaddon was one-time head of the Barnum and Bailey Circus, and his daughter Ruth married James Bailey, partner of P.T. Barnum. -
Jensen School, c. 1910
Jensen School on a hill, nearby is a pineapple screen. Built in about 1908 and used until it was severely damaged in the 1928 hurricane.
