  • Citizens Bank of Stuart, an art deco building designed by L. Phillips Clarke of West Palm Beach and built by contractor Watt & Sinclair in 1938 at 10 SW Osceola Street. The bank was at this location from 1938 to 1958, and the expansion was built in the late 1948 or early 1949.

    The Carlton building was originally the Hotel El Belva and Harrison Cafeteria, built in 1923. It became the Hotel Carlton in 1929.
