Ebb Tide Court, c. 1965
The Ebb Tide Motel in Jensen Beach. Tony and Ann Milazzo opened the four unit motel in 1954. The motel was purchased by the Frank Kuper family in September 1956. John Hughes took over ownership in the mid-1960s and expanded the motel with a new building housing eight additional units. Around 1979, Roy and Margaret Nuttall began operating the business as a motel and apartments.

Poor Bob's Bar, c. 1955
Interior view of bar area at Poor Bobs Cocktail Lounge and Delicatessen, located at the Jensen Beach Causeway. Robert W. Wiesenberger opened Poor Bobs in 1952 replacing the bait and tackle shop that was previously located at the site. Poor Bobs closed in 1983 and was torn down in 1985 when the site was made into a parking lot for a bait and tackle shop once again.Tags Bars -
