Sailboats on the Indian River, near the Jupiter Lighthouse. Caption on back of postcard reads "Jupiter, Florida. Weather Bureau Lighthouse and Wireless Telegraph Station. Mouth of Indian River. The lagoons, commonly called the Indian River, make a continuous stretch of water scenery for more than 250 miles. Jupiter Inlet is the southern entrance from the sea. It is guarded by a light of the first class, very distinctive among the Atlantic coast-lights, and carries a U.S. weather bureau and wireless station." -

In the whole distance it is narrowly separated by a thin strip of land from the Atlantic. This inlet is guarded by a first-class coast light, and has weather-bureau and wireless telegraph station." -
