Florida Power and Light's St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant on Hutchinson Island. Back caption reads "FPL's St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant is located on Hutchinson Island, between Ft. Pierce and Stuart, Florida. The plant's two nuclear units generate enough electricity for the annual needs of more than 500,000 homes." Postmarked June 5th, 2009. Postcard sent to the Stuart Heritage Museum requesting brochures to restock the "community places to visit" display rack at the FPL Energy Encounter in Jensen Beach, Florida. -

Sunrise Inn Key Club and parking lot under a cloudy sky in Stuart. Three automobiles parked in front of the Key Club. In about 1945, the Sunrise Inn was purchased by the Key Club, Inc. of Chicago, Andrew Berkey, president. He sold the property in 1963. -
