View of the Stuart Bank and Feroe Block. The Stuart Drug Co. and The French Porter Williams Real Estate business occupy the Feroe building at the time this photo was taken.
The Feroe building was built in 1913 and housed the Stuart Post Office in the corner downstairs store from 1915 to 1925. The French, Porter, & Williams Real Estate and Brokerage was established in Jan 1915 (formerly French, Hogarth, & Co.) and dissolved Feb 1916. -

St. Lucie Hotel, c. 1915
Exterior view of the Hotel St. Lucie, which opened with twenty-five rooms in 1913 and was later called the St. Lucie Hotel. The St. Lucie River can be seen in view behind the hotel and there is a covered side porch with several rocking chairs and hotel guests, including a few women in long dresses. There is an acetylene gas light post in foreground. -
