The Jensen Pure Water Co. was established by the Pitchford Brothers and the water was sourced from the well at J. J. Pitchford's house on Indian River Drive. Several soda fountains and restaurants in the area boasted about their use of Jensen Pure Water in the newspapers. Jensen Pure Water Co. also ran a variety of ads in the local papers during the 1920s and 1930s, including the example provided here, from the South Florida Developer (23 Sep 1927).
