    This space was first dredged as a marina in 1946 for Jackson's Boat Works. Bailey Boat Company was established in 1949 and operated until 1997. Anchor's Aweigh Marina was there from 1997 to 2007, when Four Fish Marina was established.

Evinrude purchased the property, previously the Stuart Marine Service plant, in 1964. The Roosevelt and railroad bridges over the St. Lucie River also in view.
