University of Notre Dame scientist, Dr. Morris Pollard speaks into a microphone and several other men are seated or standing around him. Dr. Pollard developed the Sonozone process to clean wastewater and participated in a seminar given at the Florida Institute of Technology in Jensen Beach about the Sonozone wastewater treatment process.
